Connie was great. She was caring and put for personal attention. Her closing attorney lacked organization. I received emails asking of the same information that I had already submitted twice. I was asked to assist in research of the title. At closing, the weather was bad and she was late. She blamed this on her disorganization. She did not have the correct information for payment or checks made out, and was unclear when the buyers were closing. I was told by Connie on Thursday evening that the lender had finally sent the money to the attorney’s office. On Friday morning, I was told differently by the closer when I called. She said they had just gotten the money that morning. I had to call and inquire about the payment for the property. Seems a courtesy call should have been made to kept us informed. When I called, I was told money was in the process of being wired, according to the conformation it was wired an hour later. I called an asked for the confirmation to be emailed to me because we could not figure out where the payment went. I think the confirmation should have been automatically emailed as an update. Closing was on a Thursday. Money wasn’t received until too late on Friday to do anything so nothing could be done until Monday. This part of the sale was not a pleasant experience.
